The treatment place is not easy to answer, as all contact so far has been on line or by phone.
I am still working on my original module. Due to involvement with Volunteer business over the past weeks, which has now finished, and a short break away from home I have not been able continue today.

Review of Community Physiotherapy Slough

The physiotherapist was very helpful and understanding and has shown me many exercises to help with my condition. I am finding the exercises quite difficult to do every day as I cannot take any opioid related pain medication as I was previously on a high dose for many years and for health reasons I had to stop them and nothing else works as I have a high tolerance, so rely solely on Versatis medicated plasters . But I am improving.
